Yoga classes

  • Hatha Flow

Hatha flow is a mixture of hatha and sweet vinyasa combining soft and dynamic postures with a unique sequence based on sun salutes.

Ideal for beginners.

  • Kundalini Yoga

A complete science that includes breaths (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), sounds, chants (mantra) and meditations. It is a Yoga whose postures and movements are generally quite simple to perform, and which confront the nervous system more than the joints.

  • Yoga Nidra

The yoga of awake sleep, which is practiced without gesture and lying on a carpet and under a blanket. Difficulty sleeping or relaxing are all minor ailments that can be alleviated with yoga nidra.

  • Meditation and Pranayama

 Pranayama  allows us to connect to our vital energy, "Prana" in Sanskrit. His techniques, more or less simple, consist in regulating and refining the breathing in order to respect and better manage our energy.

Meditation  is a mental practice that allows you to channel your attention. there are different techniques. It can consist in paying attention to a thought, a mantra or to completely emptying the mind.
